At the start of the inaugural session of the 27th Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, President George Tsereteli welcomed members from 57 participating states. The opening address by Bundestag President Wolfgang Schäuble was followed by speeches from George Tsereteli, German Deputy Chancellor Olaf Scholz and the Italian Deputy Foreign Minister, Guglielmo Picchi.
