Aims:

Promoting economic, political and cultural cooperation among the peoples of the Black Sea region in the interests of stability, prosperity and peace in the region

Urging national parliaments to enact legislation needed for the implementation of the decisions taken by the Heads of State or Government or by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs

Providing assistance to national parliaments so as to strengthen parliamentary democracy

Promoting cooperation with other international and regional organisations
