The President of the State of Israel, Isaac Herzog, spoke in front of the German Bundestag and representatives of Germany’s constitutional bodies on Tuesday, 6 September 2022 as part of his state visit to Germany. Bundestag President Bärbel Bas gave a short welcome address prior to the speech.
